Federico Pavlov

Federico has been practicing law for three decades. Over the years, he has represented clients such as Arcos Dorados, Freddo, CAMMESA, Monsanto, Supermercados Dia, Supermercados Makro, Natura Cosméticos, Praxair, Halliburton, Sony Music, and Tupperware, among many others.

Together with Gustavo Ferrante and Carolina Piatti, he leads the Labor and Immigration Law practice.

After graduating from the University of Buenos Aires, he later became part of the teaching staff in the Master’s Program in Labor Law at the Catholic University of Argentina. At the same university, he was responsible for teaching the subject of Private International Labor Law.

He works professionally in both litigation and consulting. His expertise in labor law has enabled him to handle cases of various magnitudes and complexities, as well as to oversee the labor aspects involved in numerous due diligence processes. He has also led mass dismissal processes and played a key role in resolving labor union disputes.

Federico is the author of various contributions for publications specialized on labor law.
