Ignacio leads the Banking Law and Fintech Department at A&F. With nearly two decades of professional experience in law firms, combined with a specialization in the financial sector, Ignacio advises companies on corporate finance matters, including project development, regulatory and administrative law, capital markets, financial, foreign exchange and banking regulations, as well as complex litigation in these areas.

Ignacio graduated with honors as a lawyer from the University of Buenos Aires and later specialized in Banking Law at the same university. Additionally, he completed the programs “Fintech Law, Blockchain, and Cryptoassets” and Executive Legal Education on “Financial Taxation: Fintech, Tokens, and Cryptoassets,” both at the Torcuato Di Tella University.

Thanks to its prominence in the industry, A&F is a member of the Argentine Fintech Chamber, having established itself as a trusted firm in the field, attracting new companies interested in expanding their businesses, such as BCrypto, Caja Crypto, Pay & Think, Mi Saldo, and Mi Activo, among many others. Ignacio has provided legal advice to these companies on matters related to payments, loans, cryptoasset operations, tokenization, and other cross-border transactions.

Ignacio has made several presentations for the Argentine Fintech Chamber and other professional forums, such as the 2021 CCI France Argentine webinar (“Foreign Exchange Regulations – Dividend Transfers Abroad – Exports – Decree 234/2021”) and the Real Estate Expo 2022-2023 (“Real Estate Tokenization”).

He leads the Specialized Fintech Practice Group within the international network of law firms Lexwork, of which A&F is an active member.
